Let Him Go is an American crime drama thriller film written and directed by Thomas Bezucha, based on the novel of the same name by Larry Watson. Starring Diane Lane, Kevin Costner, Lesley Manville, Kayli Carter, Booboo Stewart, Jeffrey Donovan, Will Brittain, and Ryan Bruce, the film follows a retired sheriff and his wife who set out to find their grandson after the death of their son. Thank you for being honest about where this movie was filmed, and not saying it was shot in Calgary. As a Calgarian, I'm always interested to see familiar scenes up on screen when I hear that a movie was filmed here, only to find it wasn't. In actual fact, it would take hours to drive to those locations. They should say "Alberta". No matter - beautiful scenes!
