Level Description
LEVEL OF PLAYAll ages refer to Little League "League Age"(Determined by player's age on August 31st, 2026)
Tee-Ball - CoedAges 4-6
Tee Ball is for players four to six years of age and is the youngest developmental division of Little League® Baseball. Often a family’s first introduction to Little League®, Tee Ball looks to provide an experience that is grounded in fun, fitness, and fundamentals that are key to growing a child’s love for the game.A Minor BB (Machine Pitch) - CoedAges 6-7
Minor A is more advanced than Tee Ball and geared towards players who are league age six to seven who have completed at least one year of Tee Ball. Players should demonstrate some skills at throwing, fielding, and hitting a ball off a Tee. This division utilizes combinations of either coach/machine pitch or hitting off a Tee. This division does not utilize players pitching from the mound. Players may be moved up to Minor AA or down to Tee Ball at the evaluation and discretion of the division Player Agent.AA Minor BB (Machine/Player Pitch Hybrid) - CoedAges 7-9
Minor AA is more advanced than Minor A and geared towards players who are league age seven to nine who have completed at least one year of Minor A. Players should demonstrate skills at throwing, fielding, and hitting a ball. This division will utilize a combination of machine & player pitch. The season will start with a machine similar to Minor A but transition to Player Pitch mid-season. Players may be moved up to Minor AAA or down to Minor A at the evaluation and discretion of the division Player Agent. A hard ball is used.
AAA Minor BB (Player Pitch) - CoedAges 8-11
Minor AAA is more advanced than Minor AA and geared towards players who are league age eight to eleven who have completed at least one year of Minor AA. Players should demonstrate skills at throwing, fielding, and hitting a ball. Players who want to play in the AAA Division must attend a tryout session for evaluation and consideration for a AAA Team. Players may be moved up to the Majors Division (if offered) or may be moved down to Minor AA at the evaluation and discretion of the division Player Agent. A hard ball is used.Majors (Player Pitch) - CoedAges 10-12
Majors division is more advanced than AAA. Players who are league age ten to twelve are eligible to be selected to a Majors team for the regular season. All players desiring to play in the Majors Division must attend a tryout evaluation to be eligible for selection. Once a player has played a season on a Majors division team, they are no longer eligible to play in the Minor division. **Every reasonable effort will be made to place players in/on a team within our league or within the area (District 7).
