Block ID: 69
A lever is a type of switch that can be created with a Stick and a block of Cobblestone. Similar to a Button.
Uses
The lever can be used to supply Redstone circuits or operate things such as Doors and Powered Rails.
Tips
The lever either needs to be connected by Redstone dust to what it's activating or near what it's activating.
Once turned on, a lever will provide constant power to a circuit; any adjacent redstone will remain powered until the lever is turned off again.
