When are you open?

We are open daily, from 10am to 6pm. (Last appointment at 4.30pm)

How long does each session takes?

Depending on the size and treatment needed, basic grooming takes about 30 minutes to 1 hour, while full grooming takes about 1 to 2 hours.

How regular should I send my pet for grooming?

We highly recommend to have your fur kids groomed regularly every 2 months to maintain his overall health and wellness.

How do I book a pet grooming appointment?

We prefer that you call or text us via WhatsApp at +65 8685 2360. You will receive an online booking form one the date and time has been confirmed.

Can I cancel / reschedule my appointment?

We would appreciate if you can cancel / reschedule your appointment at least two (2) days in advance. Please note that transportation fee will be charged if our groomer arrives at your place without prior cancellation notice.

What do I need to prepare?

All you need to prepare is a bath towel for your pet. All grooming equipment, including shampoo, will be taken care of by Likeable Pets.

What modes of payment do you accept?

Our preferred mode of payment is via PayNow or Paylah, but we do accept cash too!

You may also hand in the payment to our grooming specialist after the grooming session.

How can I inform the groomer my preferred cut?

You can prepare an image of your preferred cut and show it to our groomer on the day of appointment.

Everyone’s perspective of a puppy cut is different. The best way is to show our groomer a photo so as to avoid any misunderstanding.

Our groomer will be there to trim till your satisfaction, but please take note that once our groomer leaves. There will be a charge for him/her to come back to trim your pet’s fur.
