No joke: The price of this 14th-floor apartment at the legendary Beresford, where residents include Jerry Seinfeld, has been slashed nearly in half.

It’s now asking $12.95 million, down from its peak $22.5 million in 2018.

And that’s after a $6.6 million gut renovation by architect Alan Wanzenberg that same year.

The eight-room apartment, at 211 Central Park West on the Upper West Side, features three bedrooms and 3½ bathrooms — and comes with park views from multiple rooms.

There’s lots of wood detail and storage, a large living room with a woodburning fireplace, a kitchen with a butler’s pantry and a library that can convert into another bedroom.

Past and present residents in the Emery Roth-designed trophy building also include Kimberly Guilfoyle, the ex-Fox News personality and Donald Trump Jr.’s partner, as well as Meryl Streep, John McEnroe and Helen Gurley Brown.
