April and May will be warmer than normal, with rainfall below normal. Summer will be warmer and drier than usual. The hottest periods will be in early and mid-June and early July. Watch for a tropical storm in late June and a hurricane in mid-August. September and October will be cooler than normal, with below-normal precipitation in the north and above-normal south.
