As contract negotiations continue between Dak Prescott and the Dallas Cowboys, the franchise quarterback's offseason in Prosper, Texas should be quite enjoyable inside of his estimated $3.3 million mansion, a pad complete with guest house and custom practice field.

According to Zillow, Prescott's 9,000-square foot home sits on seven acres of land and features an indoor "sports simulator theater", a game room and expansive outdoor areas complete with a pool.

Prescott has made several home additions since signing with the Cowboys, including a practice field on the property with custom 'D4K' logos and 'Faith' across the end zones. The practice field was reportedly installed by the “same company the Cowboys used to install their fields at AT&T Stadium and The Star,” according to ESPN.

Here's a look-through of Prescott's mansion before it was purchased and an updated glance at the practice field he installed after making it his home:

The first views inside Prescott's expansive pad includes an elegant passageway as you walk in and a winding, almost Victorian-style staircase that leads to the second floor bedrooms and game room, according to Zillow's description of the home.

Here's a look at Prescott's "study" which for a football player, is more like a man cave to watch film of the previous week's game and upcoming opponents. Since buying this 9,000 square foot home, chances are this room has been updated a bit.

Prescott's master bedroom is vast, featuring oversized windows and a custom fire place. We're guessing through that doorway on the left is an oversized closet filled with apparel, suits and some of Prescott's sneaker collection.

Here's another view of the master that gives you an idea of this room's scope. Vaulted ceilings provide an open, spacious appearance and the windows offer an abundance of natural light.

The master bath is custom-built, highlighted by a jetted tub, a steam shower, a private exercise room and sitting area that leads into the backyard of mass acreage. For post-game relaxation, this is the spot for Prescott after shining under the lights at AT&T Stadium.

Multiple islands, an in-set bar faucet and stainless steel appliances adorn a kitchen area fit for a king. How much cooking does Prescott actually do here? With his current contract, chances are the quarterback's personal chef makes great use of a beautiful and well-designed space.

The living room is super Texas. The visible ceiling structures and antique-style wood contrasts well with the vibe of the interior and gives off the Lonestar State's western feel. The patio outside to the right is one of this home's most unique spaces.

Here's a view from the opposite side of the kitchen showcasing just how open this home really is in every room. High-arching windows detail a glorious backyard view. This room is one of our personal favorites within Prescott's sizable estate.

A game room wouldn't be complete with a virtual video game simulator, a pool table, Hot Shot and several iconic sports jerseys, would it? We're going to guess Prescott spends much of his offseason time here when he's not training on his private practice field. More on that coming up.

Prescott had this practice field installed prior to the 2020 season and reportedly invited several of his teammates to throw it around and build relationships, including then-rookie wideout CeeDee Lamb.
