The Loretta's Bone is one of the Key Items found in Dark Souls 3.
Description
"Old, discolored human bone with several holes bored into it. A woman's corpse in the Undead Settlement was found clutching this bone. Her name was Loretta."
Use
Given to Greirat of the Undead Settlement after he returns to Firelink Shrine. Doing so will allow you to later ask him to plunder areas to bring back new items to sell.
Obtained
In the Undead Settlement, step onto the balcony of the first big building you enter to find a corpse hanging from a rope. Cut it down, and enter the large area with the pyre to retrieve the bone from the corpse.
