What Happened Previously On Made in Abyss?

Reg wakes up after fighting Juroimoh and finds out that Faputa has started massacring the people of the village. Riko requests Reg to stop Faputa as he's the only one who can do it. Reg does the same, and Faputa doesn't like Reg forgetting about his promise to help him destroy the village. Therefore, they both engage in battle, and Fatuta remembers the time when she first met Reg.

Reg also gets blurry memories of his meeting with Faputa, and he gets distracted from the fight. He asks Faputa to let go of the villagers, but she uses it as an opportunity and starts attacking him again.
