Do I need a Kayo subscription to order and watch Pay-Per-View events?

No, you don’t need a regular Kayo subscription to order or watch Pay-Per-View events on Kayo.

I have an active Kayo subscription already, are Pay-Per-View events included in that?

No. Access to Pay-Per-View events are not included in regular Kayo subscriptions. Existing Kayo customers with active subscriptions will need to purchase Pay-View-Events seperately.

What if I purchased a PPV event and I can't access it yet?

If you've ordered an event within 30-60 minutes of it commencing, there may be delays with receiving your confirmation email, accessing the event, or the funds being deducted from your account. This is due to high demand. Sit tight - you'll be able to access the event shortly!

What devices can I stream Kayo Pay-Per-View events on?

Pay-Per-View events can be streamed on a range of mobile, tablet and TV devices plus the most popular web browsers, so you'll always have a way to watch no matter if you're at home or away. View our full list of compatible devices here.

What do I get with my Pay-Per-View purchase?

Your Pay-Per-View purchase provides access to stream your selected Pay-Per-View event live and on-demand for the duration of your access period. You'll also get access to all content available on Kayo during your access period. To continue your access to Kayo after this time, you’ll need to subscribe to a monthly package. Existing Kayo subscribers, your regular subscription will not be impacted if you purchase this Pay-Per-View event, unless you change or cancel your subscription.

Can I use Kayo Gift Cards to purchase Pay-Per-View events?

Yes, you can use Kayo Gift Cards to purchase Pay-Per-View events available on Kayo. Just enter your 30-digit unique Gift Card number and 4-digit PIN in the Add a Gift Card field during sign up and click redeem. Complete the sign up to finalise your Pay-Per-View event purchase. You will still be required to enter a valid credit card during sign up, however if your Gift Card value covers the full price of the Pay-Per-View event, your card won’t be charged. If your Gift Card covers part of the price of the PPV event, your credit card will be charged the remaining amount.
