In every step and on every page you can see that Amanda Walters knows what he is writing about, and that she mixes her own personal experience with science & psychology. It's practical, it contains exercises. I've bought two other books before I bought The Heart to Head Method and boy, what a difference... most of the books in this genre are clearly written by men who don't know what they are talking about. I rarely write book reviews. But this one made such an impact on me. I hope that my review will help other people in a similar situation. I loved every minute of this book!
