Marking and Unmarking the Map

Marking the Map

You can mark the map by double clicking the Left-Mouse Button! Choosing markers for each location you want to mark is ideal to avoid confusion. You can also name your markers so that you can differentiate them from the others. Input their name in the text box on the lower middle portion of your screen.

Unmarking the Map

You can remove markers that you have placed onto the map by hovering over the marker and click your Right-Mouse Button once.

Crossing off Markers

You can cross off markers you have placed on the map by hovering your cursor over the marker and clicking Left-Mouse Button once. Crossed-off markers are ideal to use if you have already explored a location like a cave.

How to Ping Map Location

To be able to ping any location on the map, just hover your cursor over the location you want to ping and click MIddle-Mouse Button. It should show three blue rings that any other player can see. Underneath, it will also say which player pinged that location.

Going out of the map also allows you to see which direction the ping is, making it easier to recognize where you need to go.

Different Map Markers

Each map marker offers nothing different from the other one. It just adds variety to avoid confusion.

Map Markers	Suggested Usage
Campfire	Use this to mark all your minor bases around the world.
House	Use this to mark your main bases around the world.
Mining	Use this to mark mining and farming nodes around the world.
Point of Interest	Use this to mark important points of interest like Rune Stone Location, Boss Location, etc.
Portal	Use this to mark all your portals around the world. We suggest putting the portal code on the name field!
