The series, which kicked off on FYI network and moved to Lifetime (produced by Kinetic Content) for season 5, has also resulted in multiple spinoffs, including Married at First Sight: The First Year, Married at First Sight: Happily Ever After and Married at First Sight: Couples Cam.

Jamie Otis and Doug Hehner

Jamie and Doug married during the first season of the series. The pair welcomed their first child, a daughter, in August 2017 and their first son in May 2020. In addition to their own spinoff series, they also appeared on Married at First Sight: The First Year. They announced in February 2024 that Jamie is pregnant with twins.

Ashley Petta and Anthony D’Amico

The couple appeared on season 5 of the series, which aired through August 2017. In August 2018, they announced they were expecting their first child; they welcomed their daughter three weeks early in January 2019. Their second daughter arrived in February 2021.

Shawniece Jackson and Jephte Pierre

The season 6 couple had a tough time getting to know each other and argued quite a bit during the show but ultimately decided to stay together. They welcomed their first child, a baby girl named Laura Denise Pierre, in October 2018.

Danielle Bergman and Bobby Dodd

The season 7 couple share three children: daughter Olivia, born in February 2019, son Bobby, born in December 2020 and daughter Savannah, born in September 2023.

The pair had many ups and downs during season 8, but stayed together and appeared happier than ever during Married at First Sight: Couples Cam, which aired in June 2020. They shared that they are attending marriage counseling to help them grow together.

Kristine Killingsworth and Keith Dewar

This season 8 duo also appeared on Couples Cam, sharing that they are renovating their home. "Every girl deserves a guy who can make her smile," she shared via Instagram, posting a photo with Keith in July 2020.

Jessica Studer and Austin Hurd

The season 10 pair tied the knot in Washington, D.C., and during the April 2020 reunion special, revealed they were looking to buy a house together. Jessica and Austin welcomed their first baby, son Westin, in November 2021. They announced in March 2024 that they were expecting their second baby. Son Everett arrived August 2024.

Deonna McNeill and Gregory Okotie

The couple stayed married after season 9 wrapped and she shared in 2020 that she has "baby fever." The pair welcomed son Declan in February 2021.

Vincent Morales and Briana Myles

Since the beginning, Vincent and Briana have had a strong bond — something that only continued following the show's end. The pair announced in July 2022 that they were expecting their first child. Daughter Aury Bella arrived in January 2023. They announced in April 2024 that Briana was pregnant with baby No. 2 and son Kai was born in November 2024.

Amani Aliyya and Woody Randall

This season 11 couple, who realized after marrying that they had actually bumped into each other before saying "I do," are still going strong. They welcomed their first child, a baby boy, in June 2022. They welcomed baby No. 2, son Rai Zahir, in November 2023.

Christopher Thielk and Nicole Lilienthal

The Nashville couple stayed together after marrying on MAFS season 16 In July 2025, the pair announced they are expecting twins.

“And sometimes, your wildest dreams really do come true,” Nicole wrote via Instagram on July 28. “The Thielk Twins coming January 2026 🩷💙.”

Camille Parsons and Thomas McDonald

Camille and Thomas were the only season 18 to stay together on Decision Day, which aired on Lifetime in February 2025.
