Back with a twist: MasterChef Singapore Season 4 ignites the kitchen with team battles and Singaporean flavours!

Get ready for a sizzling fourth season of MasterChef Singapore! For the first time ever, 18 talented home cooks will be divided into three teams of 6, each led by one of the 3 judges: Chefs Audra Morrice, Bjorn Shen and Damian D’Silva. A showdown is brewing – this time, between contestants and judges alike.

As contestants join hands and compete against each other in turns, resident judges will also be drawn into a friendly rivalry as they lead their respective teams to success in special tests of teamwork, leadership and friendship, in the company of special international guests and giants in the culinary world. This season sees contestants compete across a mix of pulses-racing Team challenges and high-pressure individual cook-offs.

Season 4 home cooks were shortlisted from hundreds of applicants in an intense nationwide search for budding culinary stars from all walks of life, boasting a wide repertoire of cooking styles. From a spice mixer to a shipbroker, an engineer to a law trainee and beyond, with ages ranging between 18 to 53 years, the season’s hopefuls are a diverse and eclectic mix, each with unique stories that add depth and flavour to their culinary creations.

MasterChef Singapore Season 4 will premiere National Day, Wednesday, 9 August on mewatch and Channel 5 in two parts, starting from 8.30pm to 9pm, and resuming from 9.30pm to 10pm. Subsequent episodes will air from 13 August, every Sunday at 9.30pm. All episodes will be available on demand the same night via mewatch and Mediacorp Entertainment YouTube Channel.
