You are not addressing Apple here. We are end users like you and not Apple employees, so we cannot make anything happen at Apple.
There should be contact information on your order's confirming email. Start there.
And don't be surprised to hear them say "no."

There is a bigger agenda at play worldwide called COVID. COVID has created unprecedented demands for product on all tech companies as more people have to work and study from home. COVID closed some factories that make computers and tablets for several months.
The "COVID normal" is order early.
