What is the ASCP?

Based in Chicago, Illinois, the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) is a professional association of more than 130,000 pathologists and laboratory professionals.

The ASCP was founded in 1922 and will celebrate its 100th anniversary next year.

The ASCP provides programs in education, certification, and advocacy on behalf of patients, pathologists, and lab professionals nationwide.
