• "Meet Me At Our Spot" is a pop-punk song by Willow Smith and her boyfriend and musical partner Tyler Cole. The duo, who call themselves The Anxiety, included the track on their eponymous debut album, released on March 13, 2020.
• Both Willow Smith and Tyler Cole have been open about their mental health issues, and according to the pair, their musical project aims to showcase the anxiety both artists endure on a day to day basis and how they cope with it.Their goal is to use their band to "advocate for mental health awareness and help those who specifically suffer from anxiety."
• Smith and Cole start of their verses by recounting the crippling insomnia they endure when they are on their own. But when the two "meet up at our spot," they catch a vibe, relax, and their anxiety disappears.
• The track started going viral on TikTok in the late summer of 2021 when the first part of the chorus was used by thousands to soundtrack their videos. This skyrocketed the song into the charts worldwide.
