Mellow Mushroom Pizza Bakers To Open In The Waterside ...

Chattanooga, TN  (RestaurantNews.com)  Mellow Mushroom Pizza Bakers will be opening a second location in Chattanooga, Tennessee, on December 12th, at 2318 Lifestyle Way. This location, which marks the second for owners Jason and Samantha Jones, is located off of Shallowford Road in the Waterside development.

“We have always had plans for a second location in Chattanooga. The community has been clamoring for another Mellow, and we are happy to oblige,” states Samantha.

Mellow Mushroom features a creative menu with a wide variety of pizzas, hoagies, salads, calzones and appetizers. Options for vegetarian’s, vegan’s, kids, and those that require gluten-free items are also available.

Each Mellow Mushroom consists of unique, one-of-a-kind artwork that coincides with the owner’s passion, giving them the creative freedom to express their vision. The bar area consists of an original abstract painting by owner and artist, Jason Jones, while Samantha incorporated an artistic antique VW Bug hood representing her first car. “Each of these pieces of art brings a part of us into the story of Waterside,” expresses Samantha.
