The North Node is a crucial point in the natal chart that the native should consider as a destination that he/she should get as soon as possible. There is a point 180 degrees away from the North Node that shows everything the natives should get rid of and stay away from. It is the South Node, and it has a lot to do with a past lifetime.

If he were my client, I would tell him, Michael, listen, you need to develop good relationships, and also develop Libra qualities. You need to invest your time and energy into your relationships (North Node in Libra: improve your relationships and find a significant other). Even though he was married, it was said to be for the press; he lived totally alone in his “artificial world” where he retreated from the world.

North Node in the 8th house

Well, that North Node in Libra in the 8th house has manifested in some other ways. Since the 8th house is the Scorpio analogy, one of its main domains is transformation. Truth is, he has transformed his appearance with beauty surgeries (Libra- beauty). The motivation was probably an illusion. The North Node is a draconic influence, so it can mislead you… I assume the dragon’s head, aka the North Node, made him have a burning desire to transform his look.

Wherever the North Node is- the dragon’s head- the native is ravenous for those topics of life that house and sign are associated with.

His Ascendant ruler, Jupiter, was also located in Libra in the 8th house, and in tight conjunction with the North Node. Jupiter with the North Node can indicate success. And wherever the Ascendant ruler goes, the native wants to do that. As the 8th house is all about transformation, which feels like a rebirth, he wanted to have such a transformation in his appearance.

Without a doubt, he was a genius, super-talented singer and performer, who gave value to the world, and has an incredible legacy. However, he could have found meaning and REAL happiness if he had acted according to his North Node.
