Stardew Valley features lots of different minerals, which can be mined, excavated, or otherwise found around the Valley. All of these can be sold, however the rarer minerals are worth significantly more.
These minerals can also be used to create items, gifts, or in some cases, donated to the museum too.
Quartz
A clear crystal commonly found in caves and mines

Earth Crystal
A resinous substance found near the surface
