When you arrive to this world event, you won’t actually see anything. You’ll be at the mouth of a spring. Head forward down the hill (south of where you’re at on the map) and you’ll find a “lame man.” Carry him up to the spring you were just at. Now go west of the creek and at a nearby tent with a fire out front, you’ll find a “blind man.” Talk to him and then lead him up the hill to the spring. This concludes the world event.
