To catch Misdreavus at nightfall, head toward Stonetooth Rows in Coronet Highlands. Misdreavus can spawn in other locations, but this area is close to the Moonview Arena, so it's a convenient location to stop by before or after completing the Frenzied Noble Electrode battle.
