Call Us

We are here to help when it is time to say goodbye. Give us a call to discuss your wishes and arrange for the collection of your beloved pet from your home or vet clinic.

Collection

When our officer arrives, you will be given a service form to fill up while the officer handles your pet carefully and respectfully.

Tagging

To ensure accurate identification of your pet throughout the cremation process, a label will be tagged onto each collection bag or box.

Cremation

Cremation will be arranged and depending on your choice on the type of cremation, you may schedule for a cremation viewing session to bid a final farewell to your beloved pet.

Ashes Returned / Sea Scatter

After the cremation, your pet’s ashes will be delivered to you in an urn provided*. For pet owners who prefer not to have the ashes back, you may opt for our sea scatter option.
