The City of Moreno Valley is in Riverside County with a population of about 195,000 people. Moreno Valley is the location of March Air Force Base, now named the March Joint Air Reserve Base. In 1984 the communities of Edgemont, Sunnymead, and Moreno came together to form the city of Moreno Valley.
