Recently, I thought about turning mossy cobblestone into cobblestone, and thought of this, it is actually very simple. The mossy cobblestone IS obviously covered in moss, and what does moss do? burn! So the mossy cobblestone would be set on fire and then after a while the fire would be removed and it would be regular cobblestone. It could be like smelting where you throw it or it could be placed and then set on fire. Am I the only one who has thought of this? Thanks, hope you like it :biggrin.gif: Rollback Post to Revision RollBack Loyal Member of the RMM.- Void Walker

Moss is damp. I don't know if it would burn too well. Scraping it off with a knife would be more practical, I think. Rollback Post to Revision RollBack- Stone Miner

Snake, hurdur: DUR HUR REALISM nintendow1: This sounds like a nice touch. I'm in support of moss/grass burning away, though it's obviously not a top priority. Rollback Post to Revision RollBack- Ghast Hunter

I think you should get mossy cobblestone by placing a cobblestone block near a plant. Rollback Post to Revision RollBack- Gold Miner

Cobblestone should become mossy if in the dark and untouched for a while. If something walks on mossy cobblestone, it becomes... not mossy. Rollback Post to Revision RollBack "Thomas". There, now this thread has a reference to Thomas.- Void Walker

I think you should have to destroy them to get rid of the moss. Destroying them would give you the cobblestone, just without moss, so you would destroy the mossy block and then place the new block in it's place. Rollback Post to Revision RollBack /v/ for /v/ictoly
