Do you? | Report Hold jug above shoulder level and activate sprayer 5-10 seconds to prime pump. You should now be good to go. This method worked for me. Do you? | Report The actual correct answer really is that they are built to break and not be fixable. Inside the white "valve" (twist for off and on) on the cap cracks with even slight temperature changes, allowing air into the system, breaking any possibility of suction. It's a horrid design.
