As you emerge from South 3F, follow the narrow path east, then north. There are two paths: the higher one has no tall grass, while the lower one is full of grass. If you go through the lower path, you can search for a hidden Full Heal.

At the end, use Rock Climb to reach the upper level. Feel free to use Rock Climb again to reach a short side path further north. Hidden in the boulder here is a Nugget.

In any case, nearby towards the east is a cave that leads to the west side of the Waterfall Cave (indicated by “B” on the map). Within, there’s a subterranean lake, with a waterfall (hence the name).

To proceed, head towards the cave that’s further west instead (indicated by “A” on the map). Like before, there are two paths–one that’s rich with tall grass and another that’s completely free. For the latter path, you will need to use Strength to push aside a boulder.

The western cave also leads to the Waterfall Cave, but a different section that’ll take you to the northern half of the peak exterior.

After cutting through the Waterfall Cave, you’ll be near the east side of the peak exterior. Head north and take the steps down to the left. Proceed north along the narrow path. On the right, there’s a side cave that leads to a side tunnel, which can visit to grab extra items and experience.

Anyway, at the end of the narrow path, Rock Climb to the west. Before that, you can also Rock Climb north to search around. After climbing west, make your way west to find a cave that leads to the final stretch.

If you check the map further up this page, there are two main paths: one directly west that’s full of tall grass and another in the opposite direction with no grass, but a boulder that needs Strength to move.
