Hi nichola! Have you tried resetting your iPod? Hold the Menu and Select (center) buttons together for 7 seconds. Sometimes, if you toggle the "hold" switch (located on the top of your iPod) several times, your iPod will work and turn off again. Also, try connecting your iPod to your computer, ejecting it, and disconnecting it. Try this sequence several times, and see if it works. If these steps don't help, have you tried restoring your iPod? -> Restoring your iPod -Kylene If any post helps or solves your issue, please mark it that way accordingly. Thank you for helping the boards! ReplyLink
