Typically, this error happens on these devices:

• Blu-Ray Player
• Playstation 3
• Playstation 4
• Roku
• Streaming Media Player
• Smart TV
• All other devices

Non-dependent on device, follow these steps.

• Sign out of Netflix and sign back in
• Restart your internet network
• Improve Wi-Fi signal – move closer to router, move router to a different location.
• Try another Wi-Fi network – try cellular network, your neighbor’s network – see if it solves the problem
• Connect device directly to modem.
