Just got this monster 22" x 29" Niko Henrichon original watercolor framed up. Felix Lu calls this wall power. Even the frame shop people were nuts for it.

Scan of a commission from Zoey Lacchei soon to be heading to CBCS! Madd Mocxi from the Borderlands games! This is a rough sketch from Dean Yeagle for a full commission he’s doing for me. This one will be going into an ART slab

Sorry. I have been away for a while - so sorry my late reply. Depends on the comic art type. The one I shared is fairly inexpensive as it is a fast pencil work

I looked at his list of videos and skipped over that one. It didn't say anything about OA so I missed the 'episode 3' part, but I guess it makes sense.

@Bronte lol...unless you were buying paintings in the late 60s or early 70s in LA or Toronto you wouldnt know this artist!! Was my dad!!! He had an art scholarship from Disney back in the day but was into abstract. The photos don't capture the colour right but this is much nicer in person. Called Tujunga Fall and really picks up fall leaves nicely. There are some lawyers etc that have his work in LA, TO and Montreal but he never sold enough for it to be his main gig and after some paintings were stolen from a show he stopped having shows or entering competitions etc....and now I am left with more than i can handle and few really big pieces that are beautiful and also a pain in the a$$

@KatKomics Thank you for taking the time to share. my exposure to art is very limited and even comic artists I can't tell one from the other unless it mcfarlane vs @flanders But for what its worth, from the uneducated eye it looks cool. And the history would definitely make it a keeper. I'm glad you found a spot that could accommodate that piece of familial history.

@Bronte It's stuff like this that has me wanting to sell most of my comics now so as to not burden my kid with too much stuff when I'm gone. I have the better part of a storage unit with crates of paintings and original prints and other art work with only a few ideas on what to do with it all...first though is to go through and put up the stuff my wife and I like and then deal with the rest. Was fun in high school though...my dad I think had more training than the art teacher so I was able to roll out some tricks to get high marks and my stuff on display in the foyer and promptly became an accountant!!! Can't imagine some of my dads buddies kids problems...some of his buddies were sculptors!! who has room for 8ft pieces of work!!

@KatKomics I don't view that stuff as a burden. That is part of your family legacy. Maybe you might want to thin down the collection by asking your kids which ones they would like to keep when they are older? (I have no idea how old your kids are) Maybe I'm biased because my family has no legacy like that. I have some valuable comics, but in theory the stuff can be replaced if you have the money. At the end of the day, I have nothing that truly represents "me". Most of that's by choice, but most normal folks want to leave a legacy.... Anyways, that's my 1 cent.....

I found this while reorganizing, I was afraid I accidently tossed it. Not original art, but a cool note I got from the Toddfather when I won an auction for a signed ASM 299 from his son's ebay account.

Just got an image of my latest Hildebrandt sketch on it’s way now! The DC Bombshells version of Supergirl! Still gotta find a colorist that can finish this off and do it justice! I already asked Linsner, among others, but he couldn’t do it. I might bring it to him at SDCC next year

@Firehawk2069 I got Julie out of the signatures. I doubt that helps any. I bought a Joker painting on ebay and the seller couldn't remember the artist's name. I put it up on my Comic Art Fans page as artist unknown. About 3 or 4 years later, I get a message on CAF from the artist saying it was hers!!! I never thought I'd get the answer to that one!!
