No tftp Response on alcatel 4018

Dear Seniors, greetings! i hope any one can help me as i am very new to IP Phones and would like to discuss my problem briefly we have 2 locations and they were connected through VPN every thing was working fine up-to the time my management decided to change the ISP as they had some issue in the past as soon we did it the every things work fine in our main branch but in our remote site phones are not connecting its give tftp error i try to contact the supplier/technical team but they are not willing to help as they are tie up with our old ISP i know there are some setting which need to be done at the remote site but as i don't have any experience in IP phone & i don't want to change any thing up-to the time i am confident about it. i had spoke to my current ISP about the ports they said that all the required ports are open. 1 - IP phones have manual IP setting or used DHCP? 2 - IP addresses (gateway) - was changed or not? In another words - you can have problem with IP parameters (address/mask/gateway) or with tftp. Top sam_ary2000
