She's had a decent run in AEW so far, and while she may not be the most prominent act in the women's division, there's a role suited for her, and she plays it really well.

AEW has a phenomenally talented women's roster. They have numerous big names, with the promotion finally making some genuinely good changes in their booking of the women's division. Nyla Rose is an athlete that has shown a lot of skill and talent in the ring. It would be great to see her do more in AEW, especially considering her resume in the promotion as a former AEW Women's World Champion. In addition, Rose is a genuine trailblazer and has done a ton to further LGBTQ+ representation in the business.

Nyla Rose is 5 feet 7 inches tall. Her height, in addition to her size, makes her character look more powerful too. Rose has proved that she is a great talent during matches against wrestlers like Hikaru Shida and Ruby Soho.

Although she's quite a strong character, Rose (since she is a heel) often tries to cheat her way to victory.

She is also one of the oldest active female wrestlers in All Elite Wrestling. For those who don't know, Nyla is 41 years old. But this doesn't mean she can't wrestle like the younger talents.

In fact, she works better than many wrestlers who are far younger than her. It's probably due to her experience in the ring which allows her to work flawlessly against all kinds of wrestlers.

Many people don't even know that Nyla Rose is part of the LGBTQ community. Even AEW's former Chief Brand Officer, Brandi Rhodes, didn't know that initially. Rose is the first openly transgender wrestler to sign with a major wrestling promotion.

When Sports Illustrated interviewed Nyla, she talked about her experience as a transgender wrestler. Rose told SI that while there's negativity, she sees "more love and acceptance" but the "negative things seem to get highlighted more than positive things."

9 Nyla Rose Is A Former AEW Women's Champion

She Defeated Riho To Become Champion

• Nyla Rose was the second women to ever hold the AEW Women's World Title.
• She defeated Riho on the February 12, 2020, edition of Dynamite.
• Rose held the title for 101 days.

AEW introduced its Women's Championship in June 2019. Riho was crowned as the inaugural champion. Since then, eight other wrestlers have also won this title belt and Nyla Rose is one of them.

Nyla won the AEW Women's Title by defeating Riho on an episode of Dynamite in February 2020. Three months later, she lost the belt to Hikaru Shida, who's currently the longest reigning AEW Women's World Champion in history. Nyla has since tried to win the title back on several occasions but she was never successful.

8 She Won The First-Ever Women's Casino Battle Royal

• The inaugural All Out event happened on May 25, 2019.
• Rose won the opportunity to face Riho for the AEW Women's World Title.

At AEW All Out 2019, the inaugural female version of the Casino Battle Royal match happened. Nyla Rose won this match and earned herself an AEW Women's Title opportunity. She did end up winning the title from Riho on Dynamite and kept the belt with her for a few months.

Vicky was one of the most underrated managers in wrestling. She really liked working with Nyla and even called her "very intelligent and creative." Guerrero also said that Nyla has a "director’s mind" which she thinks is "pretty cool."

She competed in WSU, SWA, and APW. Rose also went on to hold a variety of different championships in independent promotions as well.

Both are powerhouses and their storyline could've been really good. Now, fans don't even know if this would ever happen or not. It's been two years since Kong last wrestled a match.
