This feature becomes available in Unlimited mode when you have collected the map pieces from the One Piece Unlimited Cruise: Episode 1 bosses that appear at some points in the game in this difficulty. The bosses will only drop the map pieces when you defeat them with the fury boost.

Mysterious parts are dropped by the PX-1's (robot kuma's). These are found all over the 4th island after you beat the 1st boss [spoiler][Doflamingo] and if you use nami to steal from them you get basically a 100% chance, otherwise around the other maps there are PX-2's which you need to beat which break rush to get the item. Also for diamond fragments they can also be found on island 4 easily by beating small enforcer robots. These are found after you explore roughly half the map. » Show More Answers

You just have to try targetting doflamingo and not your party member. The easiest and most efficient way to beat him is to beat your party members first, eventually he stops controlling them and focuses on attacking you himself.
