The value of TCRT 5000 was easy to take. I wrote a code to send a MIDI signal.
I made a test circuit of piezo and TCRT 5000 only and experimented to send MIDI signal.

Refer to the picture below for the circuit.

When the object gets too close to the sensor, the sensor gives strange values, so I took a distance using the Raspberry Pi box.

Anyway, I want you to watch the video.
A bit of correction may be necessary, but it worked as desired.
Yeah, I will start designing the hi-hat controller.
