Our brand partners generously provide training products as a thank you to our employees and to help educate/train on product benefits. Corporate employees receive product gifts various times throughout the year, sometimes arriving to work with a surprise product drop on their desk!

BROW-RAISING MEDICAL BENEFITS

We provide employees and their families the coverage and resources to help them lead balanced lives. Sephora offers the choice of several medical plans, all of which provide prescription drug coverage. Preventive care and contraceptives are covered at 100% and transgender benefits are covered by all plans.

SUMMER FRIDAYS & FLEXIBLE WORK OPTIONS

Employees in our Field Support Center are encouraged to enjoy work-life balance and get an early start to their summer weekends by leaving the office at 1 P.M. on Fridays. But year-round, we believe that enabling our employees to have autonomy and flexibility in how they work is one of the best ways we equip them to thrive. Our corporate employees are encouraged to work with their leaders to define flexible work arrangements that make sense for them and for our business.

EMPLOYEE EVENTS AND PROGRAMS

Sephora hosts many diverse events that offer employees a chance to learn and engage with the business, brands, and each other throughout the year. From national conferences, executive speaker series, product launch parties, executive fireside chats and more, we encourage our employees to come together learn, play, and stay connected.

UNPARALLELED TRAINING AND EDUCATION

Sephora heavily invests in the training and development of our employees—both in job training/product knowledge and in career development. In our stores, every shift begins with a “Daily Dose” of training and every single employee has a tailored development plan to help them get to the next step in their career. For corporate teams, we plan development weeks several times a year called “Careerfest” to encourage employees to take a free class provided by Sephora University or to set aside time for their personal development.

SEPHORA STANDS & GIFT MATCHING

We are a Sephora family and we stand together in times of need. Sephora Stands Together provides short-term assistance to employees facing financial hardship caused by natural disaster, family emergency, and other unexpected events. Employees can donate to this fund (or any charity of their choice) and the company will match the donation dollar for dollar, up to $5,000 per year.

FAMILY PLANNING

Sephora's robust medical plans include adoption support, fertility benefits, and family leave not only for new moms, but for fathers and domestic partners as well. Each floor at Sephora is equipped with a Mother's Room for new moms, and we provide each new mom a hospital-grade nursing pump. We also have an employee affinity group for all working parents to provide additional resources to our employees caring for children.

RETIREMENT PLANNING

Thinking about your future? Sephora is. We offer employees the opportunity to contribute to a competitive 401(k) plan. After one year of employment, our employees are eligible for our 401k match program, helping you stretch your pre-tax savings and reach your retirement goals even sooner.

THAT EXTRA SPARKLE

On top of a year-round merchandise discount, our sister brands under parent company LVMH also offer our employees occasional discounts throughout the year, such as Marc Jacobs sample sales, Benefit Cosmetics brow services, and free Domaine Chandon wine tastings. All employees are also eligible to participate in the “Sephora Loves Perks” program, which provides hundreds of discounts on things like show tickets, gym memberships, retailers and more!

ON-DEMAND PAY FOR SELECT EMPLOYEES

Sephora is redefining the standard pay cycle, by offering on-demand and early pay for select employees. Dayforce Wallet provides Retail and Distribution Center hourly employees access to their earned wages when they need it. These employees no longer need to wait until the regular payday and can access 80% of their pay earned via Regular hours, Overtime, Shift Premiums, PTO, Floating Holidays, Holiday Pay, Sick Pay, and Bereavement.
