Stat Outline

Unlike other specs, there is very little way stats augment how we play.

Crit, Mastery, and Vers are all just “more damage”.

Haste is the important one, as we need certain levels of Haste due to Adrenaline Rushes GCD reduction being linked to Haste value. You will need around 25% Haste, but make sure to sim your character to see the exact amount your character specifically needs.

Races

If you’re wanting the best Outlaw Rogue Race based on DPS, then it would be Tauren and Dwarf; they provide 2% crit damage as a passive, which provides the most DPS.

Dwarf also has access to Stoneform, which can remove bleeds for added utility.

Blood Elf has access to Arcane Torrent, which can be useful in some niche situations.

Enchants

With Outlaw being very fickle with Haste values, the evaluation of the Weapon and Ring enchant can fluctuate based on your other gear. Make sure to sim your character to be most accurate on which Enchants to use, but the list below is a good baseline if you don’t want to sim.

Weapon: Enchant Weapon - Jan'alai's Precision / Enchant Weapon - Berserker's Rage

Helmet: Enchant Helm - Empowered Hex Of Leeching

Shoulder: Enchant Shoulders - Silvermoon's Mending

Chest: Enchant Chest - Mark Of The Worldsoul

Legs: Forest Hunter's Armor Kit

Boots: Enchant Boots - Shaladrassil's Roots

Ring: Enchant Ring - Nature's Fury / Enchant Ring - Silvermoon's Alacrity

Gems

The best gem we can go for is the Powerful Eversong Diamond, which awards us with Crit damage for the different types of gems we use.

We want to use every primary stat of gem we can to get this bonus as high as possible. Past that, we will want to go for one of each color gem. One Peridot, Amethyst, Garnet, and Lapis to get all the bonus crit possible.

Which second stat you want the gems to have will be very gear-dependent, so it’s hard to suggest one as correct at all times; you should sim your character to identify which stat is most valuable for your own gear setup and content of choice, then use each variant of that stat gem or a different combination that uses different color gems.

Consumables

Similar to enchants, for your flask, it’s going to depend upon your overall Haste levels across all your other gear. The breakpoint is around 25%, so itemize around either and stick to it.
