As the end of March is before us, it is time to start thinking about spring skiing in the Pacific Northwest, and depending on where you are, you may have only a week or so to cram in those final ski days this season. But don’t worry, if you know where to look, you maybe be skiing into the summer and never have to see an end to your season.
Here are the closing dates of the most popular ski resorts in both Washington and Oregon. Keep in mind these dates are subject to change and were recorded when the article was published. To get the most up-to-date information, please visit each resort’s website linked below.
Washington:
49º North: April 11th
Alpental: May 5th
Badger Mountain: Closed
Bluewood: April 4th
Crystal Mountain: May 9th
Echo Valley: closed
Hurricane Ridge: March 28th
Loup Loup Ski Bowl: March 29th
Mission Ridge: April 25th
Mt. Baker: May 5th
Mt. Spokane: April 11th
Stevens Pass: April 18th
The Summit at Snoqualmie: April 11th
White Pass: TBD (at least through April 11th)
Oregon:
Anthony Lakes: April 4th
Ferguson Ridge: April 3rd
Hoodoo Ski Area: March 29th
Mt. Ashland: April 18th
Mt. Bachelor: May 30th
Mt. Hood Meadows: May 1st, summer schedule TBD
Mt. Hood Skibowl: at least April 11th
Summit Ski Area: TBD
Timberline Lodge: open through summer
