What You Will Need
Ingredients
- Hard bean curd 3 pcs (Cut into piece), corn starch 1 tbsp
- diced spring onion 1 tbsp
Seasoning
- Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce 4 tbsp
- sugar 1 tbsp
- white pepper a little
- Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil ½ tsp
- corn starch 2 tsp
- water ½ cup
Made withLee Kum Kee products
Soy Sauce
Premium Soy Sauce
Basic Cooking Sauce
Pure Sesame Oil
Spice
White Peppercorn Powder
How to make it
- Pad dry tofu with kitchen towel, then coat with potato starch.
- Pan fry both side of tofu until golden brown, set aside.
- Cook the seasoning mix until thicken, then mix well with tofu. Sprinkle with chopped spring onion before serve.
- Tips : For a better shape, don’t turn the tofu until well fried golden brown.
