What You Will Need

  • Hard bean curd 3 pcs (Cut into piece), corn starch 1 tbsp
  • diced spring onion 1 tbsp

Seasoning

  • Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce 4 tbsp
  • sugar 1 tbsp
  • white pepper a little
  • Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil ½ tsp
  • corn starch 2 tsp
  • water ½ cup

Premium Soy Sauce

Pure Sesame Oil 15 fl oz

Basic Cooking Sauce

Pure Sesame Oil

White Peppercorn Powder

Spice

How to make it

  1. Pad dry tofu with kitchen towel, then coat with potato starch.
  2. Pan fry both side of tofu until golden brown, set aside.
  3. Cook the seasoning mix until thicken, then mix well with tofu. Sprinkle with chopped spring onion before serve.
  4. Tips : For a better shape, dont turn the tofu until well fried golden brown.
