Panko Crusted Chicken

Only 5 ingredients, the whole family will love this recipe! Course Dinner Prep Time 5 minutes Cook Time 15 minutes Total Time 20 minutes Servings 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 pound organic chicken breasts
  • 2/3 cup panko
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
US Customary - Metric

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • Whisk egg
  • Trim fat on chicken breast then cut into 2 inch strips
  • Mix panko, salt and pepper in a zip-lock bag
  • Coat baking sheet with non-stick spray
  • Place chicken in egg wash then toss in the panko mixture
  • Place on a baking sheet
  • Cook for 15-20 minutes
