How our parcel drop off service works

1. Book your UK or International delivery online.

2. Print your label and stick it to your parcel or go label-less and we'll send a barcode to your phone.

3. Take your parcel to your local DHL eCommerce UK ServicePoint. It won't be accepted at DHL Express ServicePoints - including Rymans and WHSmith - as they operate separately.

4. The shopkeeper will scan your parcel label or, if you've opted for label-less, your mobile barcode and attach a label to your parcel.

5. Track your parcel to your recipient.

TO PRINT OR NOT TO PRINT?

ServicePoint: Go Label-less?

At our ServicePoints, you can either print your label or go label-less. If you opt for a label, you’ll have the option to print your label in a variety of different sizes once your order is complete.

Select the label-less option and you’ll receive a barcode on completing your order. When you take your parcel to your local ServicePoint, the shopkeeper will scan your barcode and stick a label to your parcel.

What parcels can be dropped off at a ServicePoint?

Our ServicePoint option has some restrictions. Make sure you measure and weigh your parcel accurately to ensure it isn't rejected by the parcel shop because it doesn't meet the below criteria.
  • Your parcel must be no bigger than 60cm x 60cm x 60cm
  • It can't weigh more than 15kg
  • You can't drop off any prohibited items at a ServicePoint
  • Label-less isn't available on Worldwide Air orders at the moment

You can also choose to have your parcel delivered to your recipient’s local ServicePoint – the perfect service if your recipient is constantly on-the-go (and you’ll save some money too).

If your recipient isn’t going to be home, they can opt to have their parcel delivered to their local ServicePoint and collect at a convenient time. They can do this at any time before delivery – even when the parcel is out on the van.
