- 15 stalks of asparagus
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons freshly grated parmesan
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
How To Make parmesan roasted asparagus

Step 1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut off white ends of asparagus, rinse and dry with a towel.

Step 2 Place in a baking dish and drizzle olive oil over asparagus. Using tongs, roll the asparagus around to make sure it is completely coated with olive oil.

Step 3 Sprinkle parmesan and pepper on top of asparagus. Place in oven.

Step 4 Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered for about 25 minutes or to desired doneness. Remove from oven and serve.
