Patrick Mahomes II is an American football quarterback for the Kansas City Chiefs, as of the 2025 NFL season. Mahomes, the 10th overall pick from the first round of the 2017 NFL Draft, has won the NFL MVP twice. He is a three-time Super Bowl champion and three-time Super Bowl MVP. He is also a two-time NFL MVP winner in 2018 and 2022 and has made six Pro Bowl appearances from 2018 to 2023.

Mahomes played collegiate football for the Texas Tech Red Raiders from 2014 to 2016. In only three years, he recorded 11,252 yards, 93 touchdowns, and 29 interceptions, according to Sports Reference. In 2016, Mahomes won the Sammy Baugh Trophy and earned Second-team All-Big 12 honors. As of November 2025, Mahomes has won three Super Bowls. After reaching the AFC Conference Finals seven straight times, Mahomes and the Chiefs have marched to the Super Bowl on five occasions. Mahomes won his first Lombardi trophy in his very first attempt in Super Bowl LIV in the 2019 NFL season, as per Statsmuse.
