Paula always wears high heels to events, in the 4 inch range, and those will add about 2 1/2 - 3 inches to her height. From that pic (remember Swayze is not barefoot, so lets call him 5'11" in the pic) she appears to be 9 to 10 inches shorter...he has a long head, and she's around his shoulder without the hair. So.... 9 1/2 inches less than his 5'11" puts her at 5'1 1/2" in her heels, or about 4'11" barefoot. I don't think we can get more accurate than that....
