Courts eventually got me to send it to Digital Hospital, but wanted me to pay for casing, which i believe should be part of their extended warranty! It is not a customer problem if they overpromise or didnt highlight it clearly to customers! Anyway, much later, Digital Hospital contacted me and said they found a way to fix the laptop without incurring the extra costs, and i was rather surprised to be honest! They took the initiative to fix this, and was very calm and professional, as compared to Courts customer service. I will definitely go to this place for computer repair needs in future.
