Actor, banjoist, and comedian Steve Martin is officially asking nearly $11 million for a home that Curbed is calling straight “1970s residential brutalism.”

The unique property, designed by Roland E. Coate, Jr., sits on 5.86 acres of land in Montecito, with the residence spanning 7,277 square feet and featuring four bedrooms and five-and-a-half baths. Additionally, there is a two-bedroom guesthouse elsewhere on the property for when a friend or two want to stay over.
