My iPhone 8 isn’t charging above 90% no matter how long it is left charging this started recently I have turned of optimised charging but it hasn’t mad a difference. I don’t think it’s the battery as I got a new one in the summer and the battery health is at 100% I don’t know what else to try now.
2 Replyi got the phone from my dad and he dont rem the i cloud password just need to reset whole thing but trusted phone number is no longer the same either
0 Replyhow do i fix that?
0 ReplyIt worked, although it says it’s dead. I’ve tried charging it for a couple days and it wont charge even though it says it is. I cleaned out my charging port but its the same situation. My Iphone is broken on the back where the battery is but I’m not sure if that’s the problem
1 ReplyI blocked my phone by forgetting the pin – I was forced to change the pin and forgot what the new pin was by the time I actually needed it. Performing the procedure above reset the phone completely/back to factory settings.
I knew this would happen and went online to find the key combo, but you should make people aware since this isn’t what most people want to do.
0 ReplyMy phone don’t want to turn on at all I’ve trying these but luck

0 ReplyMy iPhone 8 Plus stops charging at 1%. I can’t even update its software. What could be the problem? I’m really stressed. I just bought it.
0 ReplyI have the Apple logo with a line under it that stopped 3 quarters of the way and it won’t go any further.
0 Replymy phone is on the apple logo then turning to a black screen then after a while it turns black then within a couple seconds turns back on the screen with the apple logo. I tried doing the first part and it turns off but then turns back on. I tried multiple times but still the same result. What do i do?

Liam Shotwell 4 years ago Reply to Julianne If a hard reset isn’t preventing the Apple Logo from appearing, you may want to attempt a DFU restore.
0 Replythat is exactly what mine is doing right now. Jullanne is saying the apple logo DOES appear but goes black and then turns back on to the apple logo but nothing goes further from there. So what is the solution to this?
0 ReplyI had to replace the battery to solve the problem.
0 ReplyHaving the same issue as you describe. Can you please share what you found as a solution as I do not want to restore my iPhone and lose all my data. Just want it to restart. Thanks in advance.
0 Replyit worked after a few tries, and holding it down for 15 plus seconds…. thank you!
