Performing a Factory Data Reset

A factory data reset will reset your phone to its default factory settings. All data will be erased from the phone. Ensure you have any data you wish to keep backed up before resetting the phone

Swipe down from the top of the screen with two fingers
- 2.
Tap the Settings icon
- 3.
Scroll down and tap System
- 4.
Tap Advanced
- 5.
Tap Reset Options
- 6.
Tap Erase All Data (Factory Reset)
- 7.
Tap Delete All Data
- 8.
Enter your PIN and then tap the Arrow
- 9.
Tap Delete All Data
