Peter Parker's new residence

In late 2024, May Parker was killed and all traces of Peter Parker's existence was erased from the universe, forcing him to find a new place to live. In December, Parker rented an apartment in Midtown Manhattan, where his new landlord informed him that rent was due the first day of the month and advised him not to be late. Parker was quick to settle in, and after placing his belongings, decided to sew himself a new Spider-Man Suit. Upon completion, Parker looked outside of his window at the falling snow before checking the police dispatch app on his phone. Noting that there were several local disturbances, he donned his new suit and exited the apartment through a window.[2]
