The Issue

The origin story on Spectrum. Originally, it was Adelphia before it was sold to Comcast and Time Warner in 2006. Then in 2007, the company became Time Warner Cable. In 2016, Time Warner Cable was sold to Charter Communications and rebranded to Spectrum. The reason this is important is because Spectrum has been receiving too many internet outages in the last few years. Ever since Time Warner Cable became Spectrum. A lot of customers have been complaining of poor internet, phone, and cable services. A few months ago, Spectrum had worldwide outages that lasted 10 hours. No one could use the internet, phone, or cable. Recently because of COVID-19, a lot more customers are experiencing more internet outages worst than Comcast. Also the customer services of Spectrum is not helpful. However, when customers get their modems replaced the internet still glitches. This is something that should be talked about because a lot of people should be know about it. Spectrum needs to be a better cable company. Spectrum has existed for only 4 years. However, most kids who are out from school because of COVID-19, they can't do their online homework because of the online outages. Even though, Spectrum offered free WiFi for students, the internet connection is still horrible!!!  The internet keeps shutting on and off constantly. It's very ANNOYING!!! On April,  one of the Spectrum employees came to my house to fix the internet. I got  a modem replaced and the internet worked for 3 weeks. Until 2 days ago the WiFi stopped working!!!! As a long time customer,  I'm very disappointed. If you're reading this please sign this petition. Do this for your friends, family members, children, and the world. Kids need to complete their homework education!!!!! It's very IMPORTANT!!!!! Thanks for signing this petition I made back in 2020. I hope more people sign it. Spectrum is still having problems to this very day. As well as over charging bills, bad Internet, horrible slow cable updates, and glitchy on demand services.
