Food Pantry

Our food pantry is open Monday – Friday 8 am – 5pm with the exception of being closed Tuesdays 8 am – 1 pm for restocking.

We encourage you to call 512-854-1530 to schedule an appointment, but we also accept walk-ins. Please see our Food Pantry page for additional information on how to apply.

Clothing Closet

Our clothing closet is for residents of Travis County and is open from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. We have gently used clothing donated by community members. Clothing is available for free. If you are interested in applying for free clothing from the Clothing Closet, please let someone at the front desk know. Community members are eligible to receive clothing once every 30 days.

We accept donations of gently used clothing. If you have clothing that you would like to donate, please bring your donation by the community center front desk. All our clothing is given out at no cost to our clients. We are not able to accept items besides clothing that are left outside of our food pantry.

Our Clothing closet is run by committed volunteers and staff who make sure all donations are clean and ready to distribute. Many thanks to our great volunteers!

Senior Lunch Program

On Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays our partner agency Meals on Wheels and More provides a place for older adults to gather for games (bingo, dominoes, cards, bridge, puzzles), conversation, and a shared nutritious lunchtime meal.

Congregate Meal sites are FREE for everyone and open to ANYONE age 60 or over! There is no charge for the meal, but a donation can be made to Meals on Wheels and More if the participants want to do so. Come share good conversation, fun games, and a meal with us. We’ll be looking forward to your company, WE LOVE SEEING NEW FACES! Contact Jeana, Senior Lunch Program Manager at 512-854-1540 to sign up

Meeting Area

The community center has a meeting area that can be reserved for community-benefiting events and groups. Space at Pflugerville Community Center is available based on the following criteria:

• No private parties
• No religious or political functions
• No charge for attending the event held at the Center
• The group cannot be a for-profit group but must have a community focus or benefit

Examples of groups that use our meeting area include Alcoholics Anonymous, Women’s Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous, and Indian-American Cultural Groups. Please fill out an Activity Room Reservation Request form if you are interested in reserving the activity room. Please contact the center manager at the main number (512-854-1530) if you have any specific questions that are not addressed in the activity room request form.

Gently used clothing for adults and children

Donations can be accepted Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. Please call 512-854-1530 to coordinate a drop-off time. Donation receipts are also available upon request.
